Willowbrook of Savoy

We love our apartment, the neighborhood, Savoy, and the landlord Royse + Brinkmeyer. Everyone we have worked with from the initial appointment, showing, lease signing, and maintenance has been above and beyond my expectations. I've rented many apartments all over the country, from small private owners to corporations, and this has been my best experience. We found a few minor things that needed additional maintenance, both during our move in inspection and during the 1.5 months that we've lived here so far. It's very easy to call that in or use their app, maintenance is very prompt, friendly, enjoy working for the company, and take pride in their work getting the job done quickly and done right. Neal who works in the office here has been especially helpful in answering questions and taking care of a few concerns. I couldn't be happier. The grounds are well cared for and beautiful, the train does blow it's horn while crossing Curtis but honestly it's not a big deal in our apartment towards the back and we have had our windows open too. It's peaceful most of the time, and if you look up the local Chambana crime maps it is one of the safest neighborhoods around. The location is amazing also, with many shops right across the street including CVS, Schnooks, IMAX theater, Buffalo Wild Wings Sports Bar, Smoky's BBQ, Nail salon, Dollar Store, banks, roller rink, bowling alley, miniature golf, bike path, wetland ponds, paths through the neighborhood, Savoy Rec Center nearby, post office, ALDI, Industrial Donuts, fire station a few blocks away, Carle clinic, Montessori School, Tryptick Brewery has amazing craft beers and ciders, Honda dealer service, I could keep going! I highly recommend Royse + Brinkmeyer for any of their locations They are professional, up front about everything including their move out expectations, and great at communication and follow-up about maintenance actions. Just take a look at how they follow up on every review here, even the disgruntled ones, with empathy and concern for everyone. Won't you be my neighbor? 😃

I have lived at Prospect Point for almost 6 years and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Besides being a quiet and well maintained location, it is also close to everything I need except for my dentist. I have been blessed with great neighbors in my building as well as nice friendly people in the other buildings here. Also has a property manager on site should I have any questions. Definitely a location to investigate when looking for an apartment !

We have truly loved living at Prospect Pointe!! Lots of stores and dining within walking distance, but also near a really nice biking/walking trail. The staff here is wonderful and very responsive. Maintenance requests have been completed same day most of the time, and a cleaning crew comes by weekly to clean the hallways/stairwells. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience!! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for an apartment that is quiet, clean, and has great staff.

I absolutely LOVE living at Prospect Pointe. I am retired and have lived in several different apartment complexes and dealt with many different rental managers over the years. By far, Prospect Pointe has been my best experience. I have dealt with the leasing office, the site manager and property maintenance personnel in the six months I’ve been here. EVERYONE has been professional and pleasant, always very helpful. The complex has many retired renters and management has created a program that offers services to assist with hanging TVs and artwork, light housekeeping services, furniture assembly and grocery shopping. Champaign County does not have a retirement community, only assisted living communities. I don’t need that level of support and Prospect Pointe is a safe and appealing place for me at this stage of my life. The apartments are spacious and there are walking paths as well as a pavilion-type area that boasts a bbq grill. The neighborhood is very quiet. I heartily recommend Prospect Pointe to anyone looking for an apartment.

The Prospect Pointe Apartments have been my sweet home for 5 years. I love the apartment, the oasis, and the convenience of the surrounding. The location is right off I-57, and is super convenient regardless if you are a UI student, or that you need to commute between nearby towns. The staff have also been very nice during my stay. They NEVER dropped any surprising visits - always communicated with me beforehand. The maintenance staff was fast responding to my requests. Would still live here if I didn’t change my job in a different state :(
