My mom loves the staff. Literally everyone. Nurses, kitchen workers, housekeeping, and activities team.

Most of the staff work very hard to make the experience of the residents a positive one and they take their connection with residents and families seriously. Many gave from their hearts as they interacted with residents and family. At times what was explained regarding facility details and regarding staffing available to serve residents (type, training, and coverage) did not match reality. Knowing the details consistently, would have allowed families to make adjustments earlier for the best of their resident. Advocating for one's family member was important to ensure families were receiving timely, accurate communications and residents received what they contracted for and needed.

The team at Willowbrook do a fantastic job caring for residents. I recently spent 6 weeks there recovering from a recent surgery. They made a difficult situation better for me. Thank you Willowbrook!

I want to thank the caregivers/nurses at Willowbrook for tho interest and care they provide for my sister, A resident there. I have not witnessed even one be disrespectful or uncaring, rather kind and compassionate, patient and caring. One in particular is Lisa. She is friendly and accommodating not just to my sister, but to everyone. She is a good nurse and asset to your company. Her actions speaks highly of your mission and standards there. Thank you for the peace of mind I have knowing you not only provide a caring place but have a very personal interest and investment in her. Thank you. God bless you.

In July, 2023 we moved our 97 year old aunt from a senior apartment to Willowbrook. She was suffering from some dementia and cancer. We cannot say enough about the excellent care she received. From the very beginning of applying and assessing her needs to the end when she passed away in October, we knew she was in good hands and receiving kind and compassionate care. We know she was not always an easy person to work with. She was staunchly independent and private her entire life and that never changed. The staff was patient and respectful. I especially want to commend Tricia, the nurse, who changed the dressing on her arm daily and went above and beyond her normal duties even coming in on the weekend to do this. Willowbrook is so lucky to have her because it is obvious she loves what she does, caring for seniors and their needs. At the end, they helped coordinate hospice to come in. We always knew our aunt was receiving excellent care. It was a pleasure working with Tari in administration, Tricia and the staff. We would most highly recommend Willowbrook as an exceptional assisted living facility.
