Windcrest has the best employees. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I have enjoyed being here. Melissa in social services and Alex the CNA have come in everyday and check on me to make sure I am doing ok. I’m so thankful for everyone’s help.

Windcrest’s staff are top notch!!! Everyone I spoke with were so helpful and friendly, especially Ray and Alyssa who were so helpful over the phone!! Alyssa answered all my questions and was extremely cheery. Definitely left with a great impression!

I cannot say enough great things about this facility! The facility is extremely clean, all the staff members go above and beyond for the residents, and are always so pleasant and helpful!!

We visited the facility and we were "wow'd" with how clean the facility was, how caring the staff were, and how happy the residents seemed to be. There was not that dingy "nursing home odor" you get when you visit other facilities. You can definitely tell that the staff truly love and care for the residents at this facility. We look forward to visiting again and getting to know everyone better!

Recently had a family friend admitted to the secure care unit. Although the facility is old the staff and care is top notch. The providers are empathetic and listen to family's and nursing concerns to better accommodate in this tough transition. The ADON & DON are very trustworthy and honest. In the future i will bring and family or friends to this place because of the care i have witnessed. Not to mention they are one of the only COVID free buildings i know of.... LIKE 0 cases for residents through out ALL of 2020 & 2021!!!! TOP NOTCH CARE!!
