My uncle has lived here 5 years and it's been horrible. First they are short staffed ,meals are poor and when he needs help no one is around. There has a infestation of bed bugs though out the building that management doesn't care about that's been going on for a long time. I'm very Disappointed.

My mother lives here. Staff is very pleasant. The apartment has a nice appearance. Services are helpful transportation to store and church. They offer a variety of meal. The quality of meals is a little inconsistant based on my visit. Based on my observation this has been a good home for my mom who is 98. If she needs to, the facility as available a step up in care available to her.

I think someone needs to investigate their finances. If you own a townhome in this community, they charge expensive monthly maintenance fees (hundreds of dollars!) and then won’t even replace water filters in refrigerators. They told my dad the best practice is to replace water filters every three years. That’s ridiculous and unsafe! A quick Google search will tell you that filters should be replaced every six months. And they say never leave a water filter in place for over a year because the filter clogs and collects particles that bacteria feed off of, making the old filter “a campground for bacteria.” Taking advantage of elders much?

The building was very well kept. I had to ask the Marketing Director who was showing us around how old it was. The residents were friendly especially with the Director. Rooms were not as large as others we've seen. Over all I was impressed.

One of the nicest retirement communities I've been too! Clean, modern, and friendly residents and staff! Easily accessible walkways, adequate parking for guests and visitors. The layouts of all the units I've seen are well planned and feel homey. They have a nice activity center that residents can reserve for family affairs or functions. Would highly recommend this facility!!
