Windsor Court - Savoy

This review is for Windsor Court, the assisted living facility at Windsor. A relative entered this facility and I can give it a highly recommended rating. The physical facility, the food and the staff were absolutely terrific. It is very clean and the caregivers, and management are all extremely kind and caring. Any problem (there were very few) was immediately addressed and corrected by the director. Windsor Court (assisted living) does it right. We had experience with two other facilities and the difference was night and day. Would recommend without any hesitation.

some of the staff is friendly (all of the people at front desk, cleaners, cooks, waiters) but the higher up management act like they are in high school still, they gossip with the few other residents that are also “bullies” there and it’s unacceptable. they do absolutely nothing about the residents that are mean to others, which is sad because no elderly person that pays that much to live there should have to deal with that. I hope they read this and get a grip and actually start doing something about this.

Parents moving there this weekend. Nothing but glowing reviews of the place. After over a year there, parents have adjusted. Staff is always friendly, attentive and helpful. Thanks for making the transition go well, especially in the covid era.

I just want to share our experience with the Windsor of Savoy. In the four years of my parents staying at the Windsor, they were pampered, and more importantly during the pandemic, protected from Covid-19. Through unbelievably challenging conditions, the staff and management took wonderful care and made them feel at home. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️❤️❤️

Upscale or premium if you prefer senior living facility. The premises are immaculate. The meals are chef prepared. Transportation is provided if necessary. Exercise facilities with age appropriate equipment is in house. My aunt and uncle moved here and they love it. We spent Thanksgiving 2019 with them. We rented a banquet room and ate at the buffet. We were allowed to bring in outside food. We had our own personal wait staff and the food service director himself checked in on us. Hard to beat
