Windsor Manor AL

I have had great experience with Windsor Manor Estherville. Their staff is professional and very personable towards other staff and the senior residents. Their Assisted Living is one of the best in Iowa and I would recommend anyone looking in the area to take a tour!

If you are looking for an Assisted Living Community, or a secured Memory Care Community, this is the place to go. The team there provides excellent care, the community is clean and feels just like home. I would recommend this community for anyone wanting their loved one to feel safe and well taken care of! A+

Windsor Manor has earned a 5 star rating for many reasons. I can't say enough about how delighted I am that Estherville has this assisted living facility. My mother in law has been a resident there for over a year & my wife & I have peace of mind knowing she is well cared for. Kuddos to the director and staff that work hard to provide the best care for their residents!!!! Your homelike atmosphere & care doesn't go unnoticed. I would absolutely highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Gave Windsor 4 stars as there is always room to grow, this assisted living is truly an amazing place to be! Windsor is full of love from the residents to the staff. The activities are great, helpful managers that are willing to assist at anytime. If you decide to visit or are looking for a new apartment they truly have everything you would ever need. Windsor Manor is an amazing place to be!!!

When our mother initially took up residency at WM, we were impressed with the level of care and the genuine like attitude of the staff. However, in the last few months, since our mother was moved to the facility's memory care unit, that level of care and my perceived deteriorating response of management had become a genuine concern. Update: Since this review, approx 6 mon ago, we have seen a gradual improvement in the care our mother is receiving at WM. That increased level of attention is primarily due to the nurses (?) working in the memory care unit.
