Windsor Manor Indianola

This place is wonderful! I firmly believe you can tell how nice a place is from the moment you walk in and sense the environment. Every staff member has been wonderful! The director always gets right back to us as does the DON. My mom is in memory care, and the staff is SO nice, caring and helpful. The place is always so clean, and they jump right to it if we have any questions. Mom is so well taken care of. They are all so patient. The food is so much better than where she was. The activities are great. We can leave her knowing she is in good hands. It makes my life so much less stressful knowing the care she is getting. Mari has been awesome and seems to have a close group working with her. Thank you!!!

Moved Mom to Windsor Manor in April 2025 from a nursing home and amazed as to how Mom has improved. Their staff, nurses and facilities are amazing. We now know Mom is in a safe, clean place with support near by. The way Mari leads her team makes it feel like a family environment. I highly recommend Windsor Manor!

Windsor Manor helped take care of father in the memory care unit for nearly 5 years. I have 0 zero complaints and very happy with the care and staff at the facility and how many went above and beyond to care about my dad as a human and not just a resident. Only wish they could also support the long term care so there would be no need to transfer out as his needs changed.

My mom was in the memory care unit for 5 months before she passed. We were very happy with the care she received during her stay. I visited several times during week and different times during the day, and was always greeted in a friendly way. The staff, nurse, director were very personable and addressed all my concerns. I would highly recommend this care facility

Windsor Manor has a cozy feel right when you walk in. They make each resident feel special and like it’s home. The apartments allow the residents to be independent but also have a lot of activities to be involved in for socializing. Excellent caring staff who go above and beyond! You won’t be disappointed with their community or cares.
