Windsor Manor Webster City

Windsor Manor has an incredible staff that is skilled and caring. I would highly recommend Windsor Manor to everyone that has parents who need a little more attention than independent living affords them.

Love this place. My mother-in-law received so much love and the best care while living there. Jody and all the other employees were phenomenal at their jobs. I highly recommend this place for a loved one to live that needs assisted living.

The staff cares about health somewhat, I am rating 3 stars because Shelby is making my grandma walk when she doesn’t want to because it hurts her really bad and my grandma has mentioned this. The doctor does not want her to walk.

Windsor Manor has exceptional staff. You can tell they are there for all the right reasons. They like to have fun with their residents, and they show great team work. They celebrate special days throughout the month. They celebrate residents and staff birthdays, they make residents feel special with a decorated cake as well, as all the staff when it's their birthday. You can tell that it makes them feel special through the smiles, and for staff even behind the masks you can tell in their eyes they are loved by residents and their team members. I feel God is smiling down at their efforts. Management is very caring, they jump right in there to make everyone feel like their the most important person in their life at that time. And last but not least their posts on Face Book shows how much fun they like to have at this facility. I don't know who wouldn't want to take their love one there. Thank you Windsor Manor Staff for all you do!

Assisted living ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Memory Care unit ⭐⭐⭐ My mother-in-law had a 6 month stay there. Considering this was during the COVID pandemic quarantine, she had a pretty enjoyable stay for the first 4 months or so. She absolutely loved the food, and raved about it daily. She had great care. That said, when she moved to the memory care unit it was a very different story. The room was quite expensive, but the experience was not up to the standards that should always be expected when caring for a loved one. The room was a very small box- like space, that never seemed to be cleaned, and her clothes were not kept clean. One of the staff members did not adhere to the rules of memory care, and caused my MIL many hours of heartfelt grief and agony. Also, she was not knowledgeable or timely on administering her meds. This resulted in needless pain & suffering. The common area there was also not as fresh as it should be. The assisted living area I would rate ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and would recommend to others. The memory care unit I would rate as ⭐⭐⭐ and definitely NOT recommend to anybody!!!!
