WYNCOTE PLACE

Staff was very kind and supportive. They took time to answer any questions that I needed answered. First shift staff excellent with performing all tasks handed to them without complaints. They are in big demand on day shift. Exceptional leadership always lent a hand when ever needed. Physical therapy did a good job. Thank you to everyone who provided care to and for me on my time of need.

Yolanda, Tim and the nurse with the glasses are great for business. They are always kind and reassure care for my family member. I’m not sure about the aides, they don’t take pride in their jobs and every time I come in they continuously yell at the residents from not having patience for the elderly. It’s very disheartening because the people aren’t changed regularly, they are very rude and won’t even speak unless I say something first.

Wyncote Place was such a major improvement from where our loved one was and we just wish we had known about options such as Memory Care/Assisted Living sooner. Our loved one was contented and comfortable while living there and we appreciated all the cares provided.

My wife was in Wyncote place and the care was outstanding. Fredde and her team are highly trained professionals. I always knew that my wife was safe and in great hands until her finals days when Wyncote's team took kind loving care of both my wife and me. You can't find a more outstanding facility than Wyncote Place.

My mom is a resident at Wyncote Place. The staff is super! She gets great care. It’s a small facility. Everyone knows her name and spends time to make sure she is comfortable. They hand feed her. The people who work there are friendly and respectful. Everyone goes the extra mile! I’ve had to admit that they do a much better job caring for her than I can. Great place!
