ZARROW POINTE

For anyone needing skilled nursing this is the only place to go. They are so attentive to my moms needs and care. They respond in minutes to calls for help. The place is so clean and inviting. Truly has been a gift to me as well as my mom.

Very nice home. It's clean. The rooms were tidy, and it doesn't smell like urine.

It is really heart breaking that majority of these facilities are inept to appropriately take care of their residents. My grandmother is immobile (non weight bearing for 5 years) and she weighs 230 pounds. While a tech was doing personal care ALONE, my grandmother fell to the ground from a very high bed position which resulted in a shatter fracture to her femur along with many other injuries. Easily could have been prevented by following precautionary procedures for high risk individuals.

You can tell that management is genuinely dedicated to providing the calmest and most comfortable retirement home experience to their residents. The care about the little things that make a place feel like home. They make sure they are fully staffed at all times. It even smells good in there. Also, there are Independent Living apartments and Assisted living apartments on the property, so that patients can already be familiar with the community and the ammenities by the time they transition to the Nursing facility.

I have friends that live there. They started living in duplex, then as they grew older and were ready to give up their car, moved into zarrow point apartments. With them living independently, but on occasion needing assistance they continued to live in their apartment and get help. Then as they grew older and they’re health deteriorated further, they moved into full time nursing care, getting 24 hour assistance. This is a wonderful facility and I will be moving in when I am ready to give up my home. The dinning Room has excellent food and zarrow has excellent activities.And the employees that I have spoken too, love working there.
