We didn't even know this place existed, but we're greatly impressed by what we experienced

Visited for family gathering. Very impressed with their staff and the facility.

Certainly the nicest retirement community I have ever visited. I went with my parents, who are considering a move to Academy, and was HUGELY impressed by the setting under the foothills in a serene neighborhood, the lovely built environment across the city block it occupies, the restaurant (which is really commendable), the common areas, and the super-welcoming, highly professional staff, all of whom made our visit feel more like a luxury retreat than others we have seen.

A beautifully appointed, intimate, boutique retirement community close to the best of everything Boulder has to offer. A happy staff with low turn-over as well!
