The staff at Mount Trexler were very kind and caring when our daughter needed support. They were welcoming to our whole family so we could continue to be a part of her healing and thriving. It is also in a beautiful natural setting.

This facility is extremely shady. They allow clients to do anything and everything without repercussions. Staff members refuse to do certain tasks because "it's not what they signed up for". Absolutely disgusting. Definitely not a place to get better and heal. If I could I would give it negative stars.

Dennis came to Mount Trexler in March of this year and soon after, he found out he had lung cancer which had also traveled to his brain. We had been trying to get him into a VA facility for about 3 or 4 months before Bill Hoak, who had been working with us to place Dennis, called to inform us that he had found a place for Dennis, which was Mount Trexler Manor Dennis passed away on November 5th of this year but not before making many friends at Mount Trexler. His brother John and I would like to thank Everyone at Mount Trexler for their care and concern for Dennis, and for John and I keeping us informed of everything going on. We would especially like to thank Justin who took Dennis to all of his appointments , to Matt who kept us well informed, as well as Christine and Genesis. Justin even drove two hours to join us for the funeral for Dennis here in Hlen Mills, PA We would also like to thank everyone for the memorial service for Dennis and we would definitely recommend Mount Trexler to all Veterans seeking a caring facility.
