I’ve had the pleasure of working with Adelaide Memory Care over the years in a social service capacity and have consistently been impressed by their level of care and welcoming team. From thoughtfully planned activities to impromptu music moments, the days are filled with smiles, connection, and meaningful opportunities for residents to find joy each day.

Matt Collins helped my husband and I SO MUCH!! He gave us a tour , of course, but the support he offered our family for the last **7 months** was unreal. It really was. It's a difficult process to decide to place a loved one into long-term care, and boy did I have trouble. But Matt never made me feel bad about it. never. This company is excellent, the place is beautiful, clean, and professional. Matt helped me get through medical requirements and appointments, and even offered moral support when I was crying after an ER visit with my husband. Matt and Zeina came to visit my husband twice, and were just wonderful every single day. Every message I sent was answered by Matt in the most friendly and effective way possible. His genuine consistency as the frontman for Adelaide is unparalleled. I trust this establishment and each of the staff. Ron also gave me much of his time and energy in the process. Thank you Matt, and everyone. -Lydia

My mom's been living in memory care for almost seven years and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care and love we receive from Adelaide. I know they've got my mom and don't have to worry (or feel guilty) about a thing. In fact, my email file for all their communication is labeled "Family". A memory-care journey is hard, but between the care for my mom, family support meetings for me, and laughs & fun shared with staff, I couldn't ask for more during my mom's final chapter. For me, it's critical that such a residence focus exclusively on memory-care and that's Adelaide! So grateful.

I'm basing this on the crazy price they want: $16,000 a month. My LO needs no help showing, eating etc and just needs a safe place when they are confused. It was smaller and less impressive then other facilities I have toured - I have seen 10. While I understand what sets them apart is the montessori approach to interacting with residents - I did not see anything that was different then other facilities. The outside garden is beautiful, but small. Also, their parking is challenging at best and they have neighbors that, although they have parking to share - are intent on not cooperating. Small and unimpressive for the money. Meh

We moved our dad to Adelaide a few months ago from another Assisted Living facility. Adelaide is only a few years old and thoughtfully designed for the specific needs of the community. The rooms are beautiful, and the common areas filled with natural light. We especially like the cafe and the outdoor area. The management is very knowledgeable about the social, emotional and medical needs of those with memory issues. They are dedicated, compassionate and always willing to "think out of the box". The attentiveness we were given during the intake process did not stop once our dad moved in. We are greeted by name every time we visit, and various members of management are always happy to give an update on how our dad is doing. We feel our dad is living exactly where he needs to be at this stage in his life. The fact that our dad is safe and is treated with dignity and respect at Adelaide is priceless. Furthermore, we are grateful for the partnership we have with the team at Adelaide. This is a stark contrast to the difficulties we had at the Assisted Living community our dad had previously lived.
