My loved one has called arden courts home for many years now and I could not be happier with that decision. The building has come such a long way. From the top to the bottom, you can tell how much the staff care about their residents. My aunt loves her caregivers fountaine and gem, the nurse Ty, and so many of the other staff members. I love getting to come in and seeing her smiling and happy. Sabrina and Taylor the managers are doing a great job and really making arden courts into a great place. Sabrina has really done a lot to revamp the building and i know from talking to other family members that this has gone such a long way and is beyond appreciated. thank you for all you do for all of the residents.

We found out about 2 weeks ago that my mom had dementia. It was and still is hard to believe. We were referred to Arden Courts as a memory care facility for our mom. We met with Sherley and then Sabrina to tour the facility and talk about the services they provided. When we tour the facility it was completely different from anything I thought it would be. They have these “stimulation stations “ that help the residents as that go through the various stages of Alzheimer’s and Dementia. The transformations from when my mom left the hospital to how she is now physical,is just amazing. They have also been helpful and patient with my brother and I as we deal with our mom’s diagnosis, which is extremely hard and heartbreaking. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, to all the residents. They provide personalized care that truly makes a difference to not only the resident but to the family members as well. The environment is warm and welcoming and also allows for residents to have to independence but also ensures their safety. It’s very bright, clean, and well-maintained. The individual rooms are very inviting and you can personalize it to allow them to feel at home. The care teams/staff members treat the residents with such kindness, warmth and care. They are fantastic. Big thank you to the Director Sabrina, Nurse Tynishia, Care Team Members: Fontaine, Abby, Gem, Priscilla, Lumari, Kim, Sahar, Keisha, and Tymeka. Final thank you to Mr. Jefferson with his help getting pictures hung up in our mom’s room, helping getting the TV set up so she can watch the game show network and everything else we needed. If you are looking for a great place for memory care, definitely consider Arden Courts, you won’t be disappointed!

recently came in to complete a tour with Sabrina and Jefferson with my mom for my grandma. They were both super nice and did a great job telling us about the building and different activities. My grandma passed away before we could look to move her unfortunately, but this was where my mom planned to go. Sabrina reached out to my mom personally via email to send her condolences which i thought was really nice since she didn't even know my grandma yet. I definitely would recommend to people and i am hoping to come volunteer there soon. I really enjoyed seeing the activities for residents and would like to help.

Arden Courts is an amazing facility! We sent my grandma here after having a rough experience at another home and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that residents and their families have every resource at their disposable to best support themselves. While my granny loves the activities she gets to do, I have to say it’s the caretakers and even the directors who make the time for one on one conversations that make her feel the most cared for when we can’t be around. I’d recommend anyone looking for a place to feel like home for their loved one to consider Arden Courts.

We were in a desperate point in my mom's dementia progression. She was having paranoid delusions daily and had become violent toward my dad on a daily basis -- including pulling knives on him. My sister and I visited several assisted living facilities that had memory care wings -- while they were nice in many ways they all had major drawbacks and didn't seem capable of handling mom's level of agitation. The team at Arden Courts spent over an hour with us and walked us through step by step how we could manage moving mom in and how they would manage her paranoia. They said everyone eventually transitions - that the longest it would take was 6 weeks. And they were absolutely right! Mom gave them a challenging six weeks, but with a lot of care, trying out medications and a high level of communication with us - she did indeed get to a place where she was content at Arden Courts. The staff went out of their way to make her comfortable -- she asked for a newspaper and they went out and bought one every day for her the first few weeks! My sister and I felt so listened to and supported. They have a lovely outdoor space and the residents sit together at lunches. This became her little community. The staff were always available to meet with us and were responsive when we made requests such as adding a bird feeder outside of her room. We are grateful to the Arden Courts team for the care and respect that they have shown mom and our family for the past six months.
