-5 stars I am writing to express serious concerns about the current state of operations at this facility. It has become clear that a thorough review—and potentially a complete overhaul—of staff is necessary. Residents have been observed wandering off the property, sometimes getting lost or going missing entirely. When addressed & brought back to the facility, the staff has absolutely NO IDEA that someone went missing. This is an unacceptable risk that puts vulnerable individuals in danger and reflects a breakdown in both accountability and care. This ongoing lack of supervision and engagement has directly impacted the safety and well-being of the residents. Immediate corrective action is needed to ensure residents are safe and that staff are meeting their responsibilities in a professional and attentive manner.

If I could give a zero rating I would. The floor in the main sunroom has fallen in and there's mold everywhere, the staff have to resort to buying food for the residents because the owner doesn't care and doesn't provide food, the patients are not well cared for (not showering, basic hygiene). They should be condemned.

Terrible smell. Rooms are dark and dreary. Very few activities . No nurses but aides are very good.

My mother has been there for almost 2 years now. She enjoys it very much. The food is good the place is comfortable. We can visit at any time during normal working hours. The place is clean and the staff is very attentive. The price to stay there per month is very reasonable. They have their own physician who comes in and checks on the people. My mother is enjoying her stay.
