Artisan at Hudson

As a move manager with Rightsized living , we are very familiar with most of the assisted living communities in our area. The Artisan in Hudson is one that definitely stood out . Our team upon entering were greeted with support, kindness, and proper guidance from the staff. This step is so important for our movers to proceed without disturbing any of the residents. Ashley G. was there before we even hit the elevator doors. Big smile and made absolutely sure I knew anything we needed to not hesitate and come find her. Another staff member also stopped by to check-in and make sure everything was on track, providing such kind and positive words. FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING. Over the past few years and many moves later, the staff and residents have become an extended family. We are always so happy when we take on a new client moving to the Artisan at Hudson. We can't say enough about the overall positive energy and happiness we get interacting with everyone. They all seem to feel the same . They're comfortable and at home.

The maintenance and housekeeping teams keep the community safe, comfortable, and spotless, showing true pride in their work. A wonderful community where residents are treated like family.

I'm a local small business owner and have recently had the pleasure of meeting the team at Artisan and partnering with them on some facilities upgrades. The facility itself is beautiful and the team puts a lot of care into it. More importantly, every time I walk through the doors I'm impressed by the kindness of the staff and the interactions I witness with the residents. Charles and Ashley are usually fitting me into very tight spots in their busy day, but no matter how rushed we are as we walk the halls they take time to stop and share a smile or a joke with everyone we pass by. It's clear what their priorities are. It's a warm, friendly place and I'm proud to be helping them keep it comfortable and safe for the residents.
