Atrium at Faxon Woods

I wish to give a review about my mom's stay at the Atrium. She lived there almost two years. She was 90 yrs old and loved everyone who worked there and all the residents. They all loved her too. She loved her single room and private bath. She loved the entertainment and other residents. The aides were terrific with her as she started to decline from dementia. They took wonderful care of her. Atrium has entertainment several times a week with singing and dancing. My mom loved to sing and occasionally she would get up and dance holding hands with the aides. They helped her with eating when it got to be difficult for her. The food was exceptional. They had big dinners during the holidays and family members joined in. The special parties for the residents were great. They even have bus tours for residents to get out twice a week to see places like the beach and drives all around surrounding towns. I cannot say enough about this terrific memory care place. I still go back to visit even though my mom passed in December 2025. I miss everyone there and I love them all. I strongly urge that you check out the Atrium for a loved one that needs more care. You won't be disappointed. 👍

Atrium at Faxon Woods, a quaint, intimate all-memory care community, has an engaging and dedicated staff. The community is well managed, very clean and offers a variety of services both internally and externally from community partners. The wellness and leadership staff are attentive and supportive to both the resident and their families. This community is a hidden gem.

Atrium at Faxon Woods is one of the best Assisted living facilities on the south shore . Very clean and the staff is very accommodating. The patient care is fantastic. Your loved one really feels at home at this ALF. The Stimulation these residents have along with top notch care is very impressive.

My wife has been a resident here for 21 months now. It’s been a very good experience for both of us. The daily care that is given to her has been compassionate, caring and professional. The live music, bus rides, daily chair exercises, and delicious meals and snacks has given her many smiles and good times. The nurses do more than medication management - they assess her needs and see that those needs are addressed. My daughter and I are daily visitors so I can confirm good times with my own observations. It’s a great place for your loved one.

Our loved one is well cared for here at The Atrium. Their staff does very well with the three C’s: they are competent, caring and compassionate. Their programs engage each resident enabling them to express themselves in art and various activities like baking and taking a scenic ride in their van. I’m happy and feel confident that they are taking great care of our loved one.
