AUTUMN HOUSE EAST

Love this place! Excellent staff, too! What drew me there though, was to reconnect with a lovely resident/best friend of my mom & her son (best friend of mine)who visits often. Grateful reconnecting with friends who are truly family, & have been for many decades!

Making the absolute best of tough times... The staff at Autumn House East made this time in my Father's life as smooth as it could possibly be. I'm so grateful to Michael for time he spent in meeting with us, listening to our questions and concerns, and ease and flexibility with receiving my Father. He made a complex situation seem routine- a sign of a true professional. Once it was time to deliver my Father to his "new home" Orianna, Niki and Destiny were there to make my Dad feel welcome. This would continue the entire time my Father stayed at Autumn House. I could see little changes in the way they arranged his room or made his bed, as the learned about my Dad. These little things were for his comfort and safety- and were greatly appreciated. The layout of the facility made visits easy and welcoming. It was clean and secure, and all members of the staff truly cared about the residents and took pride in doing their jobs on a daily basis. I'd strongly recommend giving Autumn House East a look- Michael will be honest about meeting the needs for your loved ones. He did with my family, and this experience was wonderful for my Father. 👍🏽

For my career I visit many different assisted living, personal care and independent living communities and I am always happy to go to AHE. The sense of community between the staff and residents is very special. Every employee truly cares about the residents and treat them like family. It's a really great place with great people!

My dear mom was in this facility for 4 years & absolutely LOVED it! Now my sweet in-laws are both there and dad really likes it. They do a lot of neat activities. All our parents enjoy that they bring breakfast to your room.

Autumn House East put my mind at ease when considering a place for our mother. The staff seemed engaging and caring; and the director of memory care is very nice and compassionate. She convinced me that if my mother were there, she would be well cared for. Thank you for all of the info.
