I have had the pleasure of working with Donna and she is absolutely amazing. She is transparent and honest and went above and beyond to get everything to work to get our parents into this wonderful community. She has made the process so easy and stress free. She genuinely cares and wants to help. She does not get bothered by all the questions and changes we had to make over these last 2 months. I know my parents are in great hands. I can’t say enough, how amazing Donna, Bellingham’s Sales Director, was today when I came into see the community for my mom. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and caring, and it really showed how much she loves her job. Everyone we came across as we walked through this beautiful community was warm, welcoming, and greeted Donna by name! This is the third community I’ve visited for my mother, and I could say that Bellingham by far felt the most like a home that my mother could be very, very happy in!

I recently visited Bellingham as I explore care options for my mom. It’s a beautiful community with a warm, open feel, and the surrounding property is just as inviting. I was impressed by the range of care options available, and the newly updated dining and lobby areas. I had the pleasure of meeting with Donna Rachlin during my visit. This has been an overwhelming process for my family, and Donna took the time to clearly explain each option in a way that put me at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable. What meant the most to me was how carefully she listened to my concerns to learn about my mom as an individual. Throughout the tour, Donna introduced me to several staff members, which helped me better understand what my mom’s day-to-day experience might look like. Thank you, Donna, for your kindness, guidance and support as I consider this next step for my mom.

I just toured this remarkable community for my aunt and uncle who will be moving back to Pennsylvania within the next year. My experience with Donna Rachlin was the best I have had at any community. She was so warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease about the whole process. The dining amenities are those of a 5 star mainline restaurant. The apartments are newly renovated and exceeded my expectations. The residents that we encountered seemed very friendly. I look for was to sharing this gem with my uncle and Aunt.
