Benchmark Senior Living at Clapboardtree

I can't say enough wonderful things about Jessica and the entire staff at Clapboard Tree. My company has the privilege of moving seniors which can be a stressful and emotional time. Jessica's priority is always "What does this resident need? What can we do to make this comfortable and safe?". Occasionally there is an urgent need that requires thoughtful collaboration between many parties, Jessica and the extended team are the head conductors in creating a seamless experience for future residents. Positive energy and warm smiles meet residents and guests throughout this inviting community. I love returning to Clapboard Tree and seeing my previous client's fully engaged in activities and socializing with friends!

My brother and I recently had the pleasure of touring and learning about Benchmark at Clapboardtree for a potential change of living situation for our elderly 90+ year old relative. Jessica could not possibly have been any more welcoming, accommodating, and informative. The physical environment in the general areas is pleasant, modern, and lovely along with the well maintained studio suites that afford the ultimate in convenience and privacy. What impressed me even more than the physical setting was the wonderful spirit of community that was palpable in being in this setting for our terrific visit. It is such a wonderful reassurance knowing that this senior living setting is available right in the Norwood community when the timing is right for our loved one. We had a wonderful experience on the tour with Jessica. Her extensive knowledge made the journey even more enjoyable, and she answered all our questions with ease. My aunt, who initially wasn't the most enthusiastic participant, ended up laughing the whole time thanks to Jessica's great sense of humor. We will definitely reach out again soon!

My mother has been at this facility in the traditional living program since January. Because i live across the country, when i visit Mom, i stay for a week at a time which gives me plenty of time with all the employees. Every single one of them gives 100% in terms of professionalism, love and kind attention to the residents and they all make it a fun and light-hearted environment with constant activities. I could write a special review for each one of them, including the aids and the nurses, the department heads, the servers in the dining room, the entertainment people. The Receptionist is exceptional and should have the title of Supreme Commander! I cannot tell you how happy we are that our Mom is in this beautiful facility. It is incredibly well managed. .

The activities are amazing and there is always something fun and stimulating for residents to do. We have found all of the staff to be very caring and warm, and it is obvious to residents that everyone who works there really cares about them. The administration is responsive and excellent to work with. Dining services are also excellent.I can't say enough great things about Benchmark on Clapboardtree. They set very high standards and do a fantastic job reaching and exceeding them. I feel great knowing that my Dad is so happy and well-cared for. It is extremely comforting.
