Moved a loved one a few weeks ago into Forge Hill and we couldn't be happier. Bethany B. from the beginning was so very helpful, answering all questions with patience and expertise. Even communicating with us on her day off! She guided us through every step so graciously and never made us feel like we were bothering her even though I know we were haha. Jason treated us with respect and dignity while answering all legal questions and allaying every fear that we might have about this transition. The staff was welcoming during the move and have been exceptional in their care. Shout out to Christina Regina and Anne and Donna. Move-in was seamless and any issues were immediately dealt with. Food is delicious and accessible all day. What could have been a very difficult time was made relatively easy and actually pleasurable. Many activities to choose from and enjoy! Personal time is also respected. Consider Forge Hill for your loved ones. You will not be disappointed

Benchmark Forge Hill is a very clean and well-run top notch senior living community. My friend recently moved in and I have visited regularly. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and all the residents seem happy and well-cared for.🙏

I only have good things to say about Benchmark at Forge Hill. My mom moved there after having complicated health issues that made it suddenly impossible for her to live alone. She got very sick very quickly so she was unable to mentally prepare herself for the move. It was hard on our entire family. But Forge Hill did a great job getting her settled and they also did a great job preparing our entire family on what we can expect and how we can support my mom through the process. My mother had very complex medical issues and the staff was very competent in her care. They could handle anything throw at them but when there was an issue that was out of their typical scope of practice, they did not hesitate to reach out and request outside assistance. It doesn’t matter what department you come into contact with, it is obvious that this place cares about the residents who live there. From nursing staff, office staff, dining staff to maintenance department, we never came into contact with anyone who didn’t display the utmost care and professionalism. Sadly my mom has passed away and we felt the love and were blessed to have Forge Hill mourned her and celebrated her life right along side of us. Of course I knew that I would miss my mom but I hadn’t expected to miss Forge Hill and everyone we met while she lived there. They all made a lasting impression and we couldn’t have done any of it without them.

For 10 years, our mother lived at Benchmark Living at Forge Hill and we could not have asked for a more loving, compassionate, and dedicated team to care for her. From the moment she arrived, she was treated not just as a resident, but as family. The staff went above and beyond in every way—providing the best care, ensuring her comfort, and, most importantly, loving her as if she were their own mother. Their kindness and devotion truly extended her life, giving her joy, purpose, and a home filled with warmth. What made Forge Hill even more special was the incredible staff who became family to us. Their love, patience, and unwavering support meant everything—not just to our mother, but to us as well. They welcomed us with open arms, inviting us to be part of the fun activities, making every visit feel like a celebration of life, connection, and community. We are forever grateful to Forge Hill for creating a space filled with dignity, laughter, and love. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with compassion, respect, and a true sense of family, this is the place. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️
