Bethany Homes - Merrivista

Just moved in, in Feb very happy here everything is new an updated. State of the art Fire Alarm sprinkler system. Staff is very helpful n are on site daily. This complex is Independent and assisted living units. No complaints so far. May be an issue with smoking outside now that the old smoking area has been moved while they build the new addition and until the smoking area is relocate to a permanent area, Fire station is across the street and plenty of help buttons located thru out the building.

recently my grandfather had a bad fall. My nana was never notified. She had to go and check on him and try two hospitals before she knew where he was. This is not the first time this place had failed to notify my nana of injury to my grandfather. You also never see staff.
