My dad spent his last 6 months at Bridges in Mashpee. I couldn't be happier with the quality of care and attentiveness of the staff. They were expert caring for people with memory issues, always respectful, and caring. Each day there are a couple of activities, frequently musicians performing songs from the 40's, 50's, 60's or 70s and the residents love it. The performances were high quality and engaging. The staff, from nurses, to daily care providers, and even the front door receptionist all got to know our entire family and especially my father. I recommend Bridges in Mashpee to any family with struggling to care for a family member with a memory illness.

We recently moved my mom into Bridges Mashpee about 10 days ago and my family and I can not say enough good things about it. From the moment we were making the decision to the move in date, Julie held our hands through out the entire process. She was extremely patient, kind and so informative answering all of our questions and making us feel at ease. Lindsay the nurse is terrific and couldn’t be sweeter, the aides in the “neighborhoods” are so warm and loving. My mom is doing extremely well and adjusting beautifully. We couldn’t be happier and we know we made the right decision, we can rest easy knowing she is the best hands and getting the care she deserves. Any one who is looking for memory care, I would recommend Bridges Mashpee over and over again.

We truly cannot praise Bridges enough. Deciding what to do when a loved one faces a difficult situation is a complex and intimidating journey; Julie from Bridges genuinely made the process much simpler. From beginning to end, their team guided us through the steps and relieved a great deal of the stress during a very challenging time. The entire facility is thoughtfully designed, with staff who understand the challenges their residents face and know how to support them smoothly. Every aspect of daily life is carefully planned to subtly help residents manage their personal issues. The team is compassionate, attentive, and caring. Residents are well looked after, their individual quirks respected, and they feel at ease. Bridges makes it straightforward by opening its doors to families (with a key fob, of course), making it easy to visit your loved ones. We’re encouraged to participate in activities, meals, and outings. The staff are available day and night for calls to check in and keep us informed about anything we might have missed or any small details. We honestly feel so fortunate to have discovered Bridges and are reassured that our loved one is safe, adored, and challenged to participate.

Looking for long term memory care is complicated and emotional, but Julie at Bridges is the most wonderful person and has helped so much with this process. She talked to me on the phone and by email and even spent 3 hours with my Dad giving him a tour and answering all his questions. Bridges is clearly dedicated to memory care, and passionate about providing all the care and social and mental stimulation its residents need. All of the costs are explained up front, not as surprise extra costs as you go. These are truly caring people who want to provide the best care for people with memory issues. I also love that a spouse can stay overnight or even decide to move in. It's a treasure with the most dedicated and friendly staff.

Finding a memory care facility for my mother was one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do. Julie Dalton and the team at Bridges made it so much easier. Not only did the team provide excellent care, they treated her with dignity and always recognized and appreciated the who my mom was beyond someone who had dementia. The quality of the facility and the activities program are excellent. Bridges always felt like home to my mom and I am so grateful to their entire team.
