I am grateful to have Sarah Turcotte at Bridges as a professional connection. She is always so positive, friendly, and willing to help. I really appreciate all of the dementia care resources and support that Bridges of Sudbury provides - from CEUs for professionals to education sessions and caregiver support groups.

My mother has been at Bridges in Sudbury for over a year now, and I feel this community is an outstanding place for those who are in need of memory-assisted care. Bridges creates a welcoming environment where everyone is treated like family and with respect. The staff is special and dedicated to making people feel at ease and supported and their commitment to creating that warm and caring environment is evident in their interactions with their residents. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable engaging in daily activities and strive to create a stimulating environment which contributes to their overall wellbeing and happiness. The community has a picturesque outdoor environment where residents are welcome to engage in gardening activities, enhancing the feeling of home. Bridges at Sudbury truly stands out as an exceptional choice for memory-assisted living due to the home-like environment, dedicated staff, engaging programs and beautiful setting. It is a place where residents are truly made to feel cared for with the utmost respect and dignity.

Our Dad was living in his apartment with full-time Aides mostly isolated from the community at his independent/assisted living complex. We made the difficult decision to move him to a memory care unit and found Bridges was the best fit for his needs. He was able to enjoy the daily activities (especially music) and the staff was attentive and excellent with the residents. Thank you Bridges for taking care of Dad and helping us navigate the complex issues of Dementia and care of loved ones.

My father was not doing well at his former memory care facility and was declining rapidly. The staff there insisted it was time to hire a full-time aide until he could be moved to a nursing home. I felt strongly that was not the right move for him and quickly began looking for a better solution. I reached out to a highly respected health care worker for advice. She suggested I take a tour at Bridges at Sudbury, so I did. During the tour, it honestly seemed too good to be true. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, and activities were all so incredible. I kept thinking, this has got to be for show. Well, I was wrong. Bridges is everything they told me it would be and much more! The staff genuinely enjoy being there and they care for the residents as if they are family. They get to know each one of the residents as individuals and treat them as such. I was only skeptical because of the experience at the last facility, but the people of Bridges, each and every one of them, have proven to be outstanding caregivers, companions, and friends.

Almost two years ago, my family had to make the difficult decision to find a place for Dad to live once his health and dementia worsened. We are so grateful to have found Bridges by Epoch in Sudbury. The entire facility consists of administration, aides, nurses, kitchen staff, activities director and staff and even maintenance that are ALL wonderful! Dad thrived in his new environment. Every staff member took the time to know Dad personally, including his likes and dislikes with food and things he enjoyed doing. They always went above and beyond to make him happy and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience for Dad, and for us as his family, knowing that he received the care and attention he deserved. And at the end of Dad's journey, absolutely everyone made his last days easier on all of us with the love and support they showed us. When staff members are there to hug and support you, with tears in their eyes because they cared about your loved one so much, you know you found the right place! Thank you to everyone at Bridges that became a second family to Dad and us. You will all be fondly remembered as living angels for the work that you do!
