The manager Anna at Brightview Assisted Living is truly exceptional. She goes above and beyond every day to make sure both residents, families, and staff feel supported and cared for. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication create a warm and welcoming environment that sets Brightview apart. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the well-being of everyone in the community, and her leadership shines through in the staff and overall atmosphere. We are so grateful for her commitment and the positive impact she has made. My daughter Sanye is truly blessed to have a manager like Anna. Many thanks & Blessings.

My parents have been treated so well at Brightview - everyone there has treated them with respect and patience. This includes Richard, Anna, Nick and everyone of the nurses, servers, and maintenance people. I can't recommend this facility enough to anyone interested.

Bright View is an amazing new home for my mom. The apartments are lovely; the common area spaces are perfect for a wide range of activities for seniors; and the people are magnificent caregivers who truly care for every resident. Bright View in Canton is a wonderful place!

Due to medical issues, we found our mother needed more help with her medicine, getting dressed, and knee/foot issues, etc. We made the dscision to move her from the Assisted Living section to the Wellspring section (she did start in Independent Living). After being at rehab and realizing this was what was best for her, a room happened to become available at the same time. The staff at Brightview worked with us and the rehab facility to determine her needs, helped us with the coordination of the move to that section, made sure her room was ready, and the coordination of all of her medicine, prescription and over the counter. She has never eaten 3 meals a day, forgets to drink, and basically sat in a common area with a few friends; attended 1-2 activities a day. They now have her eating at every meal, drinking plenty of fluids, and attending/participating in several different activities. This move has been above and beyond all of the families expectations! Being at this facility for so long has been a plus whereas the staff knows her well. As we walk around, people are always stopping to say hi, how are you, etc. She may not remember their names but it makes her smile and feel good. I visited several facilities closer to myself and I liked the set up at Brightview the best with the common area/dining being all together. Once you leave your room everyone is in the same area so they are never alone or confused where to go. All of the staff can clearly see/help anyone. I would highly recommend Brightview to anyone. If unsure about anything just ask.

Brightview Canton staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The woman at the front desk was very helpful, not just with me but with the residents as well. Warm and cozy setting with the fireplace in the main entrance. Nice place to be. 🙂😊
