Brightview of North Andover

Visited our friend Elaine. We had a very nice time. Elaine was getting involved in a social group at Brightview. She seemed happy.

I toured three different assisted living communities before choosing Brightview in N. Andover, MA and couldn’t be happier. One of the reasons I chose BV was how warm and welcoming the staff was when I visited. Also, when walking down the hall for a tour of the community, the staff recognized every resident by name. My Mom moved into Brightview Assisted Living one year ago. It was an adjustment for my Mom but she is very happy to be there now. Brightview paired my Mom up with another resident and they have been dear friends ever since. The staff at Brightview were very helpful in easing my Mom into the transition of assisted living life. Every month, Brightview prints out a monthly calendar for the residents and families. My Mom loves exercise classes, musical performances, movies in the movie theater, craft classes, and social hour in the pub. There are so many opportunities for the residents to support each other and thrive in this community. July 19, 2025 I just wanted to update my previous review. My mom has now lived at Brightview for four years and one year ago was moved to Wellsprings Village, the memory care unit. I continue to be very happy with the care and attention my mom is given every day. Wellsprings is a busy community and the staff does a wonderful job keeping the residents busy throughout the day. Still a 5 star review!

My mom just moved into Brightview North Andover, and while it was a bit of a last-minute decision, we were all feeling really nervous about the transition. From the moment you walk through the door, the community is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained—inside and out. Everyone we’ve encountered has been incredibly kind and helpful. The staff have gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable and supported, which truly helped ease the emotional process of moving a loved one into senior living. You can really feel the sense of teamwork and care from the people who work there—it doesn’t feel forced; it feels genuine. Even the residents have been so friendly, stopping to introduce themselves and chat when they see new faces. It’s been such a comfort during a time that’s often overwhelming. Brightview has absolutely gone above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the way they’ve helped us—and my mom—feel at home.

Our parents resided at the North Andover Brightview for nine years. During that time there were many health highs and lows. We will be forever grateful that they were there safe and surrounded by a community that genuinely cared about their overall well being. When the day came that they needed to move from independent to assisted, the staff supported not only our parents but us as a family in crisis. Staff members felt like friends yet always maintaining an appreciated level of professionalism. Brightview North Andover truly is a special place because of the caring and positive staff members. From the desk staff, food service, aides, driver, activities staff, administrative staff and nursing staff~ they all worked like a team to create a happy and positive environment. We will be forever grateful.

Everyone at Brightview from front desk to management to the event team is top notch. My father loves his patio apartment with a view! He has made fast friends which has greatly improved his whole outlook and overall health. The place is gorgeous, clean with a ski lodge atmosphere. To put it simpy i would live here!
