Brookdale Cushing Park

My aunt has been very happy living at Brookdale - excellent staff, meals and a variety of activities. She is well cared for, making new friends and never bored!

Great experience during evaluation, on-boarding, move-in, and initial residency period for my 89 year old mother in assisted living. Kaitlyn Johnson, sales counselor, did an excellent job educating us, answering questions, and guiding us through the registration and move-in processes. Brookdale Cushing is a clean welcoming facility with excellent dining, amenities, and activities. The staff has proven to be cheerful, responsive, and professional. My mother has transitioned well and is very happy with her care, connection with other residents, and activities. We are very happy with our decision and look forward to the good weather when she/we can enjoy the screen room, deck, outside patio, and walking paths of the surrounding park

I have lived at Brookdale Cushing Independent Living for just over 3 years. I have been content living here from the day I moved in.The building is bright and the residents and staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of different activities, great entertainment and a beautiful outdoor garden and park to enjoy relaxing or walking or both, add to this special place I call home.

This place seemed pretty good, BUT THEY KEEP RAISING THE RENT!! They’ve raised it TWICE IN THE PAST 7 MONTHS!!! The increase is $700 in just the past 7 months! On TOP of the original (not cheap) rent. Someone greedy has stepped in to a role there to make them raise the rent so much in such a short amount of time! Don’t move here, they’ll just keep raising the rent on you.

Brookdale Cushing Park has been the perfect partner in helping my mom live the last chapter of her life with Alz. Considering how terrible her disease is, she receives wonderful and transparent care. The staff has always been kind and attentive to her and our family's needs. Her care team continues to be the silver lining of her current life. Thank you to all.
