Brookdale Quincy Bay

Brookdale/Quincy Bay is a great place to live. I should know because my husband and I moved in almost eight years ago at age 92, wanting to be in a safe place to live as we aged. We had quality time here before he went home to God. Now I am going to be 100 next month , live Independently, .and know I'll have an attentive staff as my needs increase. There's a lot to do to keep active and informed. We have an Executive Chef who is trying new services in the Dining Room. Our Executive Director Ryan is very approachable and inclusive. The Staff already here for many years do us proud.

My mother is a resident of Quincy Bay and loves it there her dining experiences every day of fantastic I stayed for two nights in a guest Suite on the 8th floor and then the best time I received a basket which included Godiva chocolate Fig Newtons and all kinds of goodies just like a mini bar my breakfast experiences with fantastic the entire place look like a hotel casino it was busy Lively well appointed friendly and professional I can't say enough about the staff at Brookdale I would recommend it to any senior

Do not send your loved ones here if you care about them. I asked for someone to check on my loved one b/c I live 2 hours away, they said they did but lied and said he was fine. I knew something was wrong so I drove up anyways and found him half dead and the consequences were permanent. I don't necessarily think the entire facility is bad but some of their staff is very questionable and they need to do a better job with who they hire. The upper management is great, it's the ones that take care of the residents that are not trustworthy.

Wonderful welcome by the staff. Friendly environment-everyone genuinely interested in meeting the needs of the residents. I am relieved and very grateful. Thank you.

This is a great place for Seniors that want to live independently but still have the care needed if necessary on the premises. Our Mother loves living here. We feel good that she has the assistance and care that she needs for her everyday living.
