CHESTNUT RIDGE RETIREMENT LIVING

Chestnut Ridge at Wallingford is a beautiful community with an incredible team that truly engages and connects with their residents. The variety of activities and events offered are thoughtfully planned and wonderfully executed.

Mom has been here for seven months. So clean, good care. Staff is very nice. Jamir at the front desk is the best. He is a pure delight as you enter the lobby. He always greets you with a smile. The new executive operations mgr, Selena, has really gone out of her way if we need anything. Always greets mom and me with a hug and smile. Highly recommend this facility if you can do self pay.

I’ve visited this facility many times. When Jermir is at the front desk, he lights up the place with his smile, helpfulness and upbeat attitude. I first met him when he was doing karaoke & trivia with the residents. He was engaging, funny, kind and showed his concern for the residents. Keep him around, improve the food and the place will be heading in the right direction.

The Environmental Services Department is excellent. ( Housekeeping) They pay close attention to detail when cleaning the Facility and the Residents place of living. They have the uttermost respect for the Residents and fellow employees. Chestnut Ridge Wallingford is well maintained and clean.

Daena, Tommie, Tanissa, Kierah, & the entire team here at Chestnut Ridge are wonderful and resident driven. The community is clean and residents are well cared for. I am always greeted with a smile from everyone I encounter, resident or team member. The team in place here now at the community is focused on providing a safe, inclusive, & warm environment. I cannot recommend this community enough!
