Christopher Heights of Marlborough

WOW! Just WOW. If you are looking for a SAFE, CLEAN, COMPASSIONATE place for your loved one, look NO further. My dad just moved in. Of course he didn’t want to , but the staff at this living facility made him and family feel so welcomed. So far I cannot say enough about this place. I have worked in the medical field for many years and this place is wonderful! It is assisted living, so don’t expect residents to be walking around in johnies, this is truly their home and not a medical facility. I’m truly happy to have dad there!

My dear friend living at Christopher Heights reports that things are slipping as of 2024: meal quality is not good, dining room cleanliness has slipped (e.g. spills remaining on table cover for multiple days), the cleaning staff is also serving the meals; long waits (numerous weeks) for any non-emergency maintenance help, the alternative meal options have no variety. My friend, and a number of her resident friends, feel that meetings to hear resident concerns have no affect - "nothing changes".

My mom has been at Christopher Heights for two years. I'm so glad she chose this residence. The accommodations are clean, pretty, well maintained. The staff is amazing, and during covid updates have been regular and the residents kept safe with minimal interruption in activities. I highly recommend, as does my mom.

Christopher Heights is a beautiful facility. The space is filled with decor that is comfortable and inviting to make it feel like home. The staff is amazing. When you meet Stephanie and all of the staff, it’s like being with friends. They are caring and supportive. I would recommend Christopher Heights to anyone looking for a caring home for their loved one.

My mom has been at Christopher Heights for a few months now. The facility is very warm and welcoming. My mom's apartment is perfect for her. The staff is very attentive and professional. Someone is available at a moments notice 24 hours a day 365 days a year which gives our family great comfort. They accommodate my moms needs while not being intrusive. While we all have had to deal with COVID 19 the staff at Christopher Heights does so in a very professional manner. We feel that we are well informed with their practices and procedures during this difficult time.
