It is so comforting to know that my mother is at the Cohen Florence Levine Estates. The facility is beautiful and the staff is so warm, caring and professional. The residents are always smiling which is as authentic as it gets! There are plenty of activities to enjoy or an abundance of places to read the paper, enjoy a cookie or sit in the fresh air. I feel so blessed to have my mother live in a place that feels like home.

The staff in general are professional and friendly. Managers are very responsive and knowledgeable .The inside common areas are kept very clean. The framed pictures and artwork are impressive. The outdoor grounds are well groomed. The pathways and sidewalks are kept in excellent condition. My mother loves to talk walks on the property and feels safe walking alone.

My mother moved into Cohen Florence Levine Estates very recently and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. While it was an adjustment, she knew the time would come and circumstances made us reach out and get on the waiting list. We visited twice and the staff were very friendly. Moving time was hectic but we were well supported by their team (shoutout to Jen for being a great resource throughout the whole experience). My mother is settling in nicely and learning to adjust to life in a community. The biggest change she observed was that naturally some things were more regimented (meals, showers, etc.) but that is understandable. The facility itself is very nice and everyone has been welcoming. There are many (optional) activities and meals are varied (the food is all kosher but there are also a number of alternative meal options available). Her apartment is a studio but it's plenty big for all her needs, and there are several common areas that residents can use. Not only is she close by, but I am confident she is getting the assistance she needs to make her life comfortable. She benefits from the services provided, certainly, but to a greater extent the biggest benefit is being part of the community. She loves to interact with people and so this has been a positive change for multiple reasons, including giving me greater peace of mind.

I wish there were more stars to give. My mom has been living at CFLE for about 2.5 years. She has never been happier, ever! During the pandemic she was lonely and her physical and mental health were very poor. Since moving here she has rebounded and has friends and her physical and cognitive status has improved significantly. She enjoys the social activities and spends very little time in her room. I’m relieved and have so much less stress knowing she is cared for and safe. Every single staff member goes out of their way to be responsive to her and to me. The staff seem happy to be there. The food offerings are plentiful and tasty and there’s a lovely little cafe for fresh baked treats during the day. The physical space is warm and welcoming with a library and a fireplace.

My mom just moved in here. The place is clean and her apartment is great, bigger than the one moved out of. The staff is very helpful of kind, so glad she living here now!
