Cornerstone at Milford

This is a great place for your loved one. I cannot say enough about the Cornerstone at Milford. They go above and beyond what is expected of them. The price is very good they do not nickel and dime you what they set at the beginning is what you pay for the full year. Everyone is so helpful and caring for the residents that live there. They do not rush if you need a little extra time they'll definitely give it to you. The communication is excellent if something happens to your loved one they call you right away they don't put it off for the hospital to call you or the fire department to call you they actually do it themselves. Even the executive director gets involved in the daily life of the residents if she sees you she'll stop say hi and talk to you she's never in a rush. All the executives that work there get involved in the daily life of the residents they don't hide in their offices they're out and about. I moved my sister here from another Assistant Living which didn't communicate and didn't have the staff to help the residents. The bar I had was very low when I put my sister in the Cornerstone at Milford. Everybody that works there from the executive director to the cleaners to maintenance everybody the aidesare all professional helpful if they see you struggling with something they'll stop and help you. If you're looking for a place for your loved ones I highly suggest the Cornerstone at Milford.

My mom made the move from Springfield, IL to Cornerstone Milford in June of 2025, it was the best decision my siblings and I could have made for her. Since she’s been a resident here, her smile has come back to us. She’s social again. The staff is fantastic, and so involved in all aspects of day to day life. We love that she’s safe, well taken care of, and close by.

There are so many good things to say about Cornerstone Milford. My father's transition to life there was seamless due to their strong support and sense of community. The staff are helpful and engaging, and available when you need them. I worried that Dad's new living situation might feel isolated or lonely, but I was pleasantly surprised by the camaraderie he's experiencing and the friends he is making. It's so nice not having to worry that he is fully taken care of.

The dedicated staff at Cornerstone Assisted Living and Memory Care have consistently gone above and beyond, displaying unwavering patience, kindness, and expertise. Cornerstone delivers the highest standard of care to their residents. They truly prioritize the well-being and happiness of their residents and their families above all else and provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for all our residents. I have been in many area senior living communities and Cornerstone is by far my top pick.

My parents have been life long residents of Milford and recently moved in and out of Cornerstone while their home was made ready for geriatric accommodations. The seven-month stay at Cornerstone was a comforting experience for my parents and their children. The transition into Cornerstone was heartfelt. The entire staff was receptive, friendly and helpful. The facilities are top-notch-- clean, new and maintained. The dining area was easily accessible and accommodating to needs of the residents and guests. My parents loved their stay. While they are enjoying their new home, they have fond memories of the Cornerstone staff and all of the residents.
