Florence & Chafetz Home for Specialized Care

My mom moved into Florence & Chafetz Memorial Care Assisted Living last week. I can not emphasize enough how incredibly supportive, comforting and welcoming the entire staff was, and continues to be. There is an immediate feeling of family that was reflective in each of the staff. The entire staff, especially Jen Fazekas, who coordinated the entire move and was with us every step of the way, took all of the incredible stress which comes with such a move away and gave me and my wife the ability to just focus on my mom. Just a fantastic overall experience and I can not praise and thank the staff enough. Having such comfort after what could be a dramatic experience is so comforting ❤️
