Golden Pond

Golden Pond is a bright and welcoming community, home to a compassionate and attentive team of nurses and care staff. The team is deeply dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each resident. They also ensure family members feel included and supported along the way.

I want to show x deep appreciation for a staff person on the third floor. Her name is Beatriz. Every time I ask her for something in the dining room, she always accommodates me. One example was what occurred last evening. I asked a male staff person for ice cream and diet cola. He said there wasn't any. One minute later, I asked Beatriz and she promptly got them for me. She's always very attentive to me and other residents on the third floor. I give her a rating of 10!!!

I've had my loved one at Golden Pond since Nov. 2021 and am so thankful that I found Golden Pond! My LO has FTD and this is one of very few places that opened their doors to him and treat him with kindness and compassion! They understand the behaviors that come with FTD, their staff are trained. I highly recommend Golden Pond. My LO is treated like family there and I am so very, very grateful!

My dad has been living at Golden Pond since last August (2023). We could not be happier with the quality of care dad is receiving. The entire staff has welcomed dad into the Golden Pond family. Everyone from management, to nursing and wellness, to the aides; and dining staff have been so attentive to dad’s needs and our family needs. Everyday Golden Pond staff help us help dad navigate this stage of life making this chapter in dad’s life purposeful. We are so thankful we found dad a home at Golden Pond.

My mother lived at Golden Pond for a year and a half before she passed and I couldn't have asked for a better place for her to spend this chapter of her life. She was treated with kindness, care, and compassion by everyone -- from the leadership team to the kitchen staff -- especially in her final two weeks. And that kindness and compassion extended to us (her family). It was clear how loved she was and we are so appreciative of the Golden Pond team.
