Hampton Suites at Southgate

My Mother has been transferred to the long term unit. She was initially depressed but the staff including the MD's, the nursing staff and the CNA's have helped her transition well! Her mood has brightened and she is happy! The facility is well taken care of and the Administrative staff are easy to speak to. I couldn't think of a better place for my Mom! Gina

My wife, Barbara and I, moved to Southgate in March 2024. Growing up in the Worcester area we were familiar with Southgate and after comparison shopping, knew Southgate was the right choice. The campus is inviting and there is a variety of amenities and activities that will satisfy even the most discretionary tastes. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The residents are very congenial. Southgate provides a wonderful care- free living experience. We thoroughly enjoy our life at Southgate.

The atmosphere is truly like I am at home. This is the best place! that I have been . My wife and I moved here from another assisted living facility but it could not compare to Southgate and I"m really happy to be in Southgate My wife and I moved here November of 2023

My husband and I moved to Southgate over two years ago and have been very, very happy with our decision. We looked at a few places before visiting Southgate and as soon as we walked in the door we knew it was the place for us. We placed my 93yo father in assisted living here almost a year ago. The facility has a lot to do and activities on a daily basis. The food included is absolutely acceptable and a decent variety. The staff taking care of him has been tremendous. Absolutely spot on. I would recommend the facility with a clear mind.
