Haverhill Crossings

Both my parents have been at Benchmarks Haverhill Crossing since April 2025 and we could not be happier with their care. The staff is so kind and attentive. My parents enjoy the food options. The activities are amazing. The facilities are clean and they are currently investing in renovations that have modernized and brightened all the common areas. Any issues that have arisen have been immediately responded to. We are so grateful for the peace of mind that living in an assisted living facility has brought to our family. My Mom has been in the traditional care and the memory care units and I must say her level of care has been extraordinary. The staff is very attentive, caring and supportive. It was not an easy decision to move her here 1.5 years ago but the transition was made much smoother by Aaron, Meredith and the entire staff! The range of activities, socialization and engagement she’s getting have been amazing and her quality of life has been much improved! I have and will continue to recommend Haverhill Crossings to anyone who is looking for a warm, caring environment for their loved one!

ALL the good things you read about Haverhill Crossing Benchmark are true and then some. Of course mom was apprehensive to move in and leave her home. Meredith Aaron Denise at the front desk Patti on the care staff and dozens of other people have all treated my mother and myself like we’re part of the family. Benchmark is highly recommended in a great place to be! thank all of you to all you do for my mother and myself to make us feel like part of the family. The level of care safety and peace of mind is top-notch.!

My family and I can not thank the staff at Haverhill Crossing enough for the level of care my mother receives. From the moment we toured the facility, my sister and I knew it was the right fit. The facility is clean and well maintained with a family like atmosphere. The range of activities provides opportunities for socialization, engagement and healthy living.
