My mom is into her second month now here and the entire staff has been like a new family. I'm so grateful she's surrounded by caring and friendly people who all genuinely seem to enjoy being there. They have been very patient and generous as we've made the move and they support a very complicated medication schedule. Bonus: the food is truly delicious (+ healthy.... mostly)! Even more importantly... the staff in the dining hall actually make you feel like they want you there and are looking out for your good health. I'm so grateful we found this place. I know all of these options are expensive, but the value here is great and the payment structure has been pretty straightforward.

We are so happy with Heights Crossing! We moved our parents there a few months ago after they were both hospitalized . It was a very stressful time however the staff and administration were all amazing ! They helped our parents with the transition to make sure all of their needs were met . I was able to stay with my mom as she recovered from surgery . As a nurse practitioner , I can say that the care they receive is excellent . The community is beautiful, clean , food is great and the environment is vibrant . We are so grateful that our parents are safe and happy . Thank you to all that helped us during this very challenging time !

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Katie at Heights Crossing for the exceptional support she provided during a very challenging time for my family. Transitioning my mother into assisted living was an emotional and complex process, and Katie guided us through each step with professionalism, patience, and compassion. She went above and beyond to ensure that my mother’s needs were met and that our family felt confident and reassured throughout the transition. Katie’s commitment to excellence is truly commendable, and Heights Crossing is fortunate to have her on their team

Nice building and Awesome audience at our musical ventriloquist comedy performance today. Special thanks to Debbie in Activities and the two residents Robert and Polly who volunteered to wear our male and female ventriloquist face masks to become our HUMAN DUMMIES and help us "sing" our "No Bully Zone" song. No, they did not sing at the same time... I'm not that good.

Close to three years ago my father became a resident of Heights Crossing Assisted Living and he is very happy there. It was not a random placement but an informed decision- if he ever needed a supportive environment this would be the place. After all, he was playing cards every week with a couple who was living there. He saw firsthand the respect, compassion, professionalism and noticed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. That is just what he wanted and just what he got. My Dad enjoys a variety of daily activity options and all of the entertainment and events that are brought in. He is definitely more social there than he had been in years. We highly recommend checking out Heights Crossing along with sampling their delicious food. Dad thinks it is better than home!
