I had a wonderful experience here! The food was good, the bed was comfortable, and the environment was quiet and restful. The therapists helped me get stronger and improve my balance, and the modern gym with the latest equipment made a big difference. The nursing staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and always knew exactly what treatments I needed. Overall, everyone was helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family!

My physical therapy here with Shannon and Janice was excellent! I couldn't have asked for better therapists. They helped make my leg and arm stronger, and most importantly they gave me hope! The aides and nurses were very kind and polite throughout my stay. The facility is nice and clean, and overall my experience was very positive! It was a happy and pleasant stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking for rehabilitation care!

Staff is unfriendly, rude and the place is dirty. When patient requested to go to the bathroom they said she has a brief on and we are busy. Then they never came back. I believe that is abuse. Didn't think a patient should be expected to pee in her brief. She's there to get better not worse! And the pictures that are shown on the website are of the nicer areas. Show some pictures of the skilled nursing unit.

PLEASE READ: I had the wildly unfortunate experience of having two very close family members in nursing care for extended periods of time at Holland Village within the past year. Both the facility and the care itself were absolutely abysmal. The majority of the staff is inexperienced, medically uneducated, and extremely unkind. The facility was filthy and the nursing care staff neglected my grandfather in a way that would have killed him had we not intervened. We removed him and opted for private care. During one visit, we met two patients left alone in wheelchairs in the hallway who begged us to get them out and take them with us. I will never forget it. Please, please, please do not send your loved ones here! Please do not put stock in the positive reviews. I promise you (on my life) that your loved ones belong elsewhere, for both their safety and your sanity.

Amazing facility! It is super clean and the staff is wonderful. If you are searching for a place for your loved one, whether it’s for independent living, assisted living or skilled nursing this facility is a great choice.
