We are considering Ivy Gables for my father's care. The facility is impressive, the rates are very reasonable, and the staff that we encountered were top rate.

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The residents and the staff were always smiling and engaging. Lisa Sordi, the Sales Director stayed in touch and let us make the decision on our timeline, not hers, and truly had Mom’s best interest at heart even though Mom was reluctant to move out of her home. We’ve been there 4 months and my praise for the place has only risen. They notice when things are amiss and call me. They truly have gotten to know my Mom and treat her like family. Lastly, they are not a nickel and dime you organization. Yes, different fee levels but not 20 basic things on top of that. I HIGHLY recommend Ivy Gables. Update September 2025: As above, I chose Ivy Gables because it was clean, in a beautiful area, and there were always smiles - from both residents and staff. It's held up to that expectation in the near year Mom's been there. It's a great place and the best place for Mom as the smaller nature of the facility makes it feel like family and not overwhelming like some of the larger facilities. It's also amazing how they support the entire range of residents, from true independent living through to fully supported living.

Lisa presented the property and services of Ivy Gables so well. She actively listened to the needs of my father and explained how Ivy would meet those. The property is decorated very nicely and there were many little touches throughout that made it feel like a home.

As an outside healthcare provider, Ivy Gables is such a gem to work with. It is tucked away in the beautiful community of Arden, and the building is adorable and charming. It has a more home-like feel than some of the other senior living communities, and the staff is wonderful. Everyone is always so kind, pleasant, and willing to help. The residents always seem to be engaged in activities and well cared for. I recommend Ivy Gables for families looking for a senior living for their loved ones.

Whenever I first perform at a senior living community, I always look for one thing - smiles. A smiling face tells me that even after I depart, life is good for these seniors, and this certainly holds true at Ivy Gables. I've had the great pleasure of serving them since 2022, but the truth is that they have also served me through their hospitality and welcoming environment. The seniors are well respected and cared for - in both the independent/assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. It is a pleasure to partner with them for my monthly concerts.
