Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay

The staff there is wonderful. My mom has only been there since February but really loves it. She is currently at a rehab facility which does a fine job for the type of environment they are but my mom can't wait to get back to Keystone in a couple weeks. I would recommend it to anyone. I am shocked by the one negative review on here. There are always going to be a few staff who are not at their best occasionally with following all the rules in any business and they are likely dealt with appropriately if it becomes an issue , but I have not met any of the residents there who don't love it. I also have not come across any staff that has not been professional and attentive to the residents needs.

My mother moved into the memory care unit in Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay almost 1 year ago. The care and love that she has received from the staff has been exceptional. The entire space is incredibly clean and welcoming and the food is fantastic. In addition, the staff has gone out of their way to ensure that my mother can continue to pursue her musical passion in a safe environment. I highly recommend this community!

Hats off to the staff at Keystone Place for their devoted attention to the residents, particularly the ones who stayed overnight and worked double shifts. They could not have done more to make sure that the residents were safe and comfortable.

Our home 'away from home' is THE BEST! We have been residents since DAY ONE (close to three years) - are very happy and have never regretted our decision!

The residents and staff are all wonderful and create an environment that make me excited to go in every day. The beauty of this community combined with the great care provided to residents make it the best on Cape Cod!
