KEYSTONE VILLA AT DOUGLASSVILLE PERSONAL CARE

Their recent price increase hasn’t maintained the service levels of the past. Handicap accessibility is limited, (microwaves)despite being advertised as a handicapped unit. Units are showing their age.

My mother was a resident of Keystone Villa for almost 7 years. In that time she felt safe and very welcomed. She did consider it her home. I handled all of her personal affairs with Keystone and never had an issue that could not be resolved. The staff got to know and love my mother which was very comforting to her as well as myself. I would recommend anyone to Keystone Villa Dourglassville without hesitation. Thank You to all the Staff at Keystone for taking care of Mom.

I have recently moved to Keystone Villa in Douglassville and am very satisfied with the friendly and engaged staff, the dietary selections and the many entertainment and activity selections. Keystone has exceeded my expectations. I am well satisfied overall.

Both of my parents spent their final months at Keystone, the staff were compassionate and treated them both with dignity. I'm grateful for their efforts. The facility is clean, modern and in good condition; it's not inexpensive but compared to similar facilities the prices were better or at least comparable. If you are in a position where you need the kind of services that an assisted living facility can provide, I would recommend Keystone Villa.

My father (age 94) had a stay in the assisted living section. The care he had was fantastic from all of the staff. He had a lot of problems due to his illness, but they were always there to take care of his needs. None of them lost patience with him even during his bad times. Dad liked all of them and said I did good picking the Keystone Villa. The cafeteria manager also tried to accommodate him during times when eating was difficult for him due to his condition. I highly recommend Keystone Villa of Douglassville.
