Legend Lancaster is an impressive facility. The office staff, maintenance team and care givers are helpful, professional and very kind. I can't thank them enough for taking care of our father.

Legend of Lancaster is so warm and inviting! The residents are just as kind and inviting when you walk in the building, staff is always on top of everything, anything you need or a resident needs. Staff is also very interactive with families as well as residents! Rooms A whole the building as a whole is incredibly clean. This has been the best place I have seen it is an amazing place for a senior looking for a new home or for care or for a future employee!

I love this place. Alot of the staff are good at what they do and genuinely care about the safety and well being of the residents. Management has been improving day by day and always addresses and fixes any and all concerns and issues when residents and staff are involved. They make the residents feel at home. They give the residents activities to do that they enjoy so they're not just sitting somewhere bored. They respond to the residents ASAP, and they make sure the residents are satisfied and their care is done correctly and thoroughly. They don't miss on anything and they also interact with not just the residents but the family as well when they visit their loved ones. Overall, this is a good and professional place to have a loved one.

This place was fine when we first moved mom in a little over a year ago but since then They hired a new director who has no idea how to respond to anything besides saying ok. My mom passed away a month ago and she said nothing to us.she should have came in the night she passed like a professional should. My mom should still be here. They are not checked on enough. She was not being watched properly.they don’t have enough help in there. There are too many residents and not enough help. There are a couple aides from outside agency who do allot but then there are those who just sit around and talk and always on their phones.they are nice but do not give 100 percent. I felt the previous director was so much more caring and actually tried to help with fixing things. She should not be working there. She has no compassion. I will never go in there or put anyone in there again. There’s allot more I could say but it would take to long. Please think twice before putting your loved one there. It looks good at first just to get you in there. Why in the world do they have nerve to raise the monthly fee twice in one year and a fee for essential supplies that we should not have to pay for. It’s all about the money not the true caring of the residents

Not only is this community absolutely beautiful, but there are some pretty incredible people who work there. My family is so happy that my Gram moved there a few months ago. She's healthy and happy again. They take such good care of her, she has friends, she loves the food, her apartment is so cute, and we couldn't have asked for more. The team there is awesome! We can't thank them enough for making our Gram a happy person again! Check them out if you're looking for a good place!
