The Staff are Very Friendly and Courteous no Doubt...... All of them. The "2" Negative Issues. "1",..... to Raise the Price in 1 year $12,000 , For 2 People is totally "Outrageous",And Extremely out of Line. !!!!!😔👎😔👎!!!! Talk about "Greedy and Over Charging for nothing Extra!!!!😔😔😔!!! Especially since No additional Benefits are Given at All .. . "2"..... The Food ,is "Average"!!! at Best"!!!! Thats being Generous 😔👎 Doesn't come out "Hot. Bland,"!!! and the same old thing .... "Over and Over and Over Again !!!..!!!👎😔. . And the "Suggestion Box" is Rarely" Emptied or Taken Seriously"!! Why is it Even There????. That's Why it's Only Worth* 3". Stars . That's mostly for the "Nice Staff."!!! I've had Better Food in a Hospital 🤣🤣. And we all know how that Unsatisfying that is..eh. 👎😔.m. Disappointing as Heck. I'd Reconsider Recommending,this place to Anyone ,who wants "Quality Food ,with a Rotating Variety...... And Rooms are" "Very Small"!!!!. Best Part is Staff. !!😔😔😔😔😞😞😞👎👎👎..... It's just a Place to go and "Pass Away"... ,Disappointing. And I feel Extremely, "Over-,Priced for Little Value"!!!! I'd bet Many others Feel the Same Way....🕊️🕊️🕊️❤️....

Hello, for the previous three months I have been fortunate to be residing as a resident at, Benchmark Leominster Crossing, a most fine well designed and constructed building, in particular having plenty of windows to let in sunshine surrounded by attractive landscaped grounds. I am 77 years old, an engineer by trade and had to leave my home due to my wife having a serious illness that prevented my living at home. Moving in was uncomplicated. A good friend brought me and my essentials to Benchmark and helped me move into a suite that I would share with another gentleman; separate bedrooms, a shared comon room with a small fridge, a microwave and shared bathroom. House keeping, laundry, nursing and if needed mobility assistance are provided. As for day to day living: the three daily meals are excellant - great food with varying daily menue served by a polite, professional, capeable and friendly dining room staff. My experience with all of the staff as been similar. Activities including chair exercises, and mind challenging games - are regularly scheduled for each day, along with special one-off events such as musicians, sing alongs and arts and crafts.

I have lived at Leominster Crossings for 14 years, and someone once asked me "Do you like it here?" to which I responded, "If I didnt like it so much, I wouldnt have stayed this long! Leominster Crossings has been a wonderful community to live at. When my husband passed, I was concerned I would become lonely but the positive community, daily activities, and caring staff keeps me going. My family feels confident that I am well cared for, and so do I.

I found Benchmark Senior Living at Leominster Crossing clearly by chance (literally Googled "assisted living near me") and we were thankfully able to relocate our loved one from a nursing home situation that was not a good situation (actually, it was pretty bad). Although she has not been living there very long we have been very impressed by the facility, the staff, and the positive effects they have had on our loved one. We are so thankful to the staff for providing their residents with an environment that is dignified, respectful, and enriching. I hope more facilities will use you as a model for their own. My mother has lived at Leominster Crossings for 4 1/2 years and frequently tells us how blessed she is to be there. With friendly residents, attentive staff, including the nurses, she finds all her needs met. Now 102, she's celebrated four birthdays at Leominster Crossings and often tells me, "I have everything here." Her satisfaction and contentment with "everything," from the food to the activities to the atmosphere, mean the world to my siblings and me. We know she is cared for, safe and happy.
