Maidencreek Place

I toured Maidencreek Place earlier this year and immediately fell in love with its charm. During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet the entire team, from the housekeeping staff to the Executive Director, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and caring. My stepfather eventually moved into the community and truly enjoyed his experience there. The staff encouraged him to try new activities while also giving him the time and support he needed to adjust at his own pace. Visiting him was always convenient, with parking located just steps from the building. The single-floor layout also made it easy for him to move around independently and comfortably. I highly recommend Maidencreek Place to anyone looking for a warm, supportive, and welcoming senior living community.

At this time we are very pleased with the care our mother is given at Maidencreek Place. There were a few hiccups with some items needing attention (hence the 4 star rating), but it appears that those things have been corrected and we are very happy.

My mother entered Maidencreek Place June 2025. She was unable to return to her own home because of mobility issues and lived alone. We were so happy to talk to Theresa and Amber and they showed us around. They were so welcoming. Theresa was so friendly and professional and was the deciding factor for our decision to pick this facility. This was the perfect fit because it was like her home. It was all one level and had a very warm and welcoming appearance. ALL the staff were amazing, especially Dallas. Jeremiah, JuJu, Maddy, Bre, Nikki, and Nicole are just a few of the many friendly staff members. Jordy from the business office has been so helpful and Robin ,staff nurse, has had an open line of communication with me. My mother had tremors with her hand and it was very difficult for her to eat without the food falling off. All the staff from the kitchen, especially Nancy, went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. Catharine and Nate from dietary have helped her with her special coffee she enjoys. We appreciate all the care and extra TLC she has been receiving. Also, Crystal is very welcoming when you first enter the facility and always greets you with a smile. The activities are very organized and my mom really enjoys playing Bingo! There also is an inhouse therapy, if needed, which my mom has used. Stella(PT) and Dana(OT) are wonderful, professional and very friendly and excellent at their job. My mother went from a wheelchair when she entered, to walking to the dining room with a walker by herself. She has developed close bonds with the women at her dining table and I love to see her interacting with them. They also have a luncheon out at a restaurant each month and this has been a very enjoyable experience for my mom. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate each and every staff member who has shown compassion and caring for my mother's transition from home to an assisted living facility. I highly recommend Maidencreek Place for your loved one. Just know they will be well taken care of by all.

My mom is very happy here and even calls it home! She feels the staff are very attentive, and is very pleased with the meals.
