MAIDENCREEK PLACE

My mother entered Maidencreek Place June 2025. She was unable to return to her own home because of mobility issues and lived alone. We were so happy to talk to Theresa and Amber and they showed us around. They were so welcoming. Theresa was so friendly and professional and was the deciding factor for our decision to pick this facility. This was the perfect fit because it was like her home. It was all one level and had a very warm and welcoming appearance. ALL the staff were amazing, especially Dallas. Jeremiah, JuJu, Maddy, Bre, Nikki, and Nicole are just a few of the many friendly staff members. Jordy from the business office has been so helpful and Robin ,staff nurse, has had an open line of communication with me. My mother had tremors with her hand and it was very difficult for her to eat without the food falling off. All the staff from the kitchen, especially Nancy, went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. Catharine and Nate from dietary have helped her with her special coffee she enjoys. We appreciate all the care and extra TLC she has been receiving. Also, Crystal is very welcoming when you first enter the facility and always greets you with a smile. The activities are very organized and my mom really enjoys playing Bingo! There also is an inhouse therapy, if needed, which my mom has used. Stella(PT) and Dana(OT) are wonderful, professional and very friendly and excellent at their job. My mother went from a wheelchair when she entered, to walking to the dining room with a walker by herself. She has developed close bonds with the women at her dining table and I love to see her interacting with them. They also have a luncheon out at a restaurant each month and this has been a very enjoyable experience for my mom. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate each and every staff member who has shown compassion and caring for my mother's transition from home to an assisted living facility. I highly recommend Maidencreek Place for your loved one. Just know they will be well taken care of by all.

Maidencreek Place employees always make sure that your loved ones are safe, secure, and taken care of. You never have to worry about your loved one at Maidencreek Place. The level of care that is given is incredible. The employees are truly compassionate and show it every day.

Maidencreek is a lovely location. Each department is equally vital and collaborates to better serve the city and its residents. The dietary department's freshly baked cookies, maintenance's cleaning and tidying, nurses' warmth, and concierge's friendly greetings all contribute to a welcoming environment. The executive director, who controls everything, is an important component of the heart of Maidencreek. From the furthest reaches of the business office to the payroll manager, each complements the other. And they all keep an eye out to assist serve and protect everyone who lives there. A truly special community.
