After searching for several months for our mom, we were recommended The Manor On Marston Lake. It was clear from the first moment we visited that it is a very special place - warm, inviting and full of life. Unlike other assisted living facilities, The Manor On Marston Lake felt like “home” and not a sterile, senior facility. It’s much smaller than other places we visited, which allows them to provide exceptional personal care to each of their residents. The owners Brandon and Mike are hands-on and involved in the day-to-day operations to ensure everything they do is done with excellence and care. And that trickles down to all of the staff and caregivers - you can feel the genuine love they have for every single one of their residents. Our mom has been at The Manor On Marston Lake now for just over a year and we absolutely love it. Anytime an issues has arisen, it has always been met with direct communication and genuine concern to make things right so that our mom not only gets the care she needs, but feels loved through it all. We can’t recommend The Manor On Marston Lake highly enough to anyone looking for a special place to care for their aging family members!

I have worked in several Assisted senior living Facilities and I am pleased to be able to recommend and share all the positive experiences I’ve had since day one I entered the front door of The Manor senior Assisted Living Facility. It looks and feels more like Home, with every single employee caring for the residents with a smile and kind gestures. I was received with a warm welcome and a smile as soon as I walked in the door, it was a wonderful feeling of GOD’S love present in all that work there, I could see in house guests how please they are with the activities given. No one hesitates, right away they go looking for the residents that want to participate. There is never a doll day. This is the only Facility I will recommend to anyone that loves and wants the best care for their Family members. God keep blessing you all for going out of your way to make all who enters the front doors feel at home.

My siblings and I researched many assisted living options and the Manor on Marston Lake is truly exceptional. The owners & staff are what make this place above and beyond others. The residents are well cared for and treated with respect and patience. We had to wait for a room to become available for my mom but it was well worth it. The care and thought put into everything is evident from the staff they hire and how they train them to the activities and even the décor and ambience of the manor. MOML is privately owned so we have never been caught up in red tape or regulations that often hinder the experience and care my mom receives.

This facility is wonderful. Our mom lived here for about three years before she passed away. One of the reasons we chose this place for her is that they include all of their services for one monthly rent. They don't nickel and dime you for helping your loved one shower, or doing medicine management, or helping them to get to the dining room. They just charge one rent and help your loved one with whatever they need. And if their needs increase as they live there, they don't automatically increase the rent. We always felt like the rent was very fair. It's a smaller facility, but we liked that. It seems like they have maybe 30 residents at any given time, which is very manageable for them. Their staff is so kind and sweet - my mom had dementia and could be tactless at times. They were so good with her and didn't hold her unkind words against her. The Manor allowed my mom to live out her final years on her terms, and we so appreciate that. She was able to live as independently as she could, and they filled in where she needed help. They have varied activities every day and while they encourage the residents to participate, they also respect their decisions when they choose not to. The food is very good and my mom's room was always spotless and smelled fresh and clean. It's privately owned with owners who truly care about their residents and are in the building every day interacting with the residents. They've also invested in the property and done some beautiful renovations. The building is right on Marston Lake and almost every room has a view of the lake. I can't recommend this any higher. We so appreciated everything they did for my mom, and the wonderful care they showed her. Don't hesitate to place your parent here. They will be well taken care of!

The staff at The Cottage- the memory care component of The Manor- took great care of my father during the last year of his battle with Alzheimer’s. Our family grew to form strong relationships with the staff, the residence, and the family members of those residents. We really appreciated the quality of care and kind Attention that we saw all residents of The Cottage receive. We would highly recommend the attention and the services provided by The Manor at Marston Lake for anyone needing peace of mind when it comes to family care.
