The staff and management surpassed our expectations. They truly take in a resident as their own family member. They interact continually with the residents and work with each person to ensure their comfort and that their needs are met. Their medical knowledge and experience put them far above the other personal care facilities we toured. They truly understand the dementia disease and work with each resident on a personal level to make sure the resident stays as positive as can be. They take extra time and make special effort to learn the resident's abilities and moods. The home atmosphere beats out any 'clinical' type facility. We saw them engage the residents in various activities and holiday parties, creating special times for them. The staff continually provided us with updates via photos and texts and always took time with us when we visited. They kept us informed about our mom's progress during her transition there and discussed any medical concerns. Memory Meadows is a wonderful place for your loved one.
