Milford Place

The experience I have with Milford Place is positive. Every time I enter I am met with a smile and upbeat attitude. They have done such wonderful things with my Aunt in Memory care. I enjoy seeing her do wordsearches, crafts, and social hour with the other residents. She herself has said they are my friends. The aides and Ms. Brenda are very attentive to everyone needs. Her room is clean and smells fresh every time I've visited. They even remind the residents about the daily schedule of events, and even to get a drink. I feel that my Aunt is getting good care at Milford Place.

We recently moved my father into Milford Place (Inspirit Senior Living). I was so nervous about how he would be treated. After going in person and meeting with Brenda, Melissa, and nurse Joe, a huge weight was lifted and I knew this was the perfect new home for my Dad. All of the staff treat him like family, look out for him at all times and go above and beyond. When beginning the search for a memory care/assisted living home for my Dad, I truly didn’t think I’d ever find a place where I trusted the staff to do everything in my Dad’s best interests, but I found it here at the Milford Place. This trust has allowed myself, and my family members, to relax when we aren’t visiting Dad, knowing he is in excellent hands. You can’t go wrong with the Milford Place!

Read the truthful negative reviews. This place is extremely expensive, for what it is, old rooms, meals are gross and the managers don’t care! This is the Red Roof Inn with a terrible kitchen menu

My mother lived here for 12 days. We paid close to $15,000.00 upfront for her rent, medical expenses, a Community fee of $3000.00 and a pet fee. My mother died on her 13th day. We spoke with Brenda, the director prior to agreeing to move mom in. We discussed refunding fees if something should happen to her. We felt that my mom deserved a refund of rent, as she does before the 1st of November. Brenda could care less. They want YOUR MONEY- MONEY, MONEY 💴 Needless to say- we got some medical fees back ( they over charged us) the pet fee and 1/2 of the community fee= 3441.00. After Brenda promising to work with us! Would never recommend this place.

My dad was there for 18 months in assisted living. We was very happy with the staff and medical team who watched over dad and took good care of him. He only complained about the food there. I wouldn’t complain about one thing and would suggest anyone in need would go there.
