Mill Hill Residence

Maplewood at Mill Hill is absolutely beautiful, and the team that works here is just as wonderful. The care they provide is truly incredible. The entire building is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and always smells great. They also offer an outstanding life enrichment program with a wide variety of engaging activities. One of the biggest concerns people have when considering assisted living is the food—and Maplewood truly delivers. The dining experience is amazing and feels like eating at a high-end restaurant. I highly recommend Maplewood at Mill Hill.

I recently came to visit in search of a new home for my grandfather, and I am so happy we did. The community was vibrant and so welcoming. The residents all seemed so happy to be there and that really stood out to me. It was clear there are many fun actives and seemed like there is always something to do. The whole staff was very welcoming and friendly, not to mention very informative. Last but not least, the food looked and smelled delicious which was just the icing on the cake for our visit. Truly a beautiful place!

Mill Hill is a lovely community filled an incredible staff dedicated to delivering the best in care, and hospitality to our residents. Kathy stands out especially; she is always attentive to residents needs and makes them feel heard and cared for. This community is lucky to have her.

Extraordinary leadership + Caring Professionals = Maplewood at Mill Hill. From the nurses to the cleaning staff; from the activities leadership to the maintenance crew; from the concierges at the front desk to the line cooks in the kitchen and even the stylist in the salon, literally EVERYone we encountered during my mother's time at Maplewood at Mill Hill demonstrated respect, kindness, and -- maybe most importantly -- warmth and a true sense of fun. Dementia care is hard. The team at Maplewood at Mill Hill makes it look easy.

While researching assisted living options for my mom, my initial encounter at Maplewood at Mill Hill was with Jodi Mussman. Jodi was not only informative and knowledgeable on all points of concern as a prospective future resident, she took the time to listen and answer any and all questions for several weeks after our tour. Due to her above and beyond availability, help, and kindness it made our decision very easy. I feel fortunate every day that my mom has been able to call Mill Hill home for 6 months. It is a warm and welcoming community with a stellar staff that promotes independence, socialization and the utmost in resident care. Jodi is one of my favorite staff members, always available to help with just a knock on her door. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Mill Hill a 10!
