Millcroft Assisted Living

Millcroft use to be a great place. Since Encore took over it has become one of the worst places in the state. All the new management does is tell lies. As you can see in the most recent reviews.... They continue to lie. The new management group comes in and fire's half of the staff. Then they tell existing residents that they have to leave because they can no longer care for your loved one. My loved one will be moving out. Stay clear of this community. Plenty of other options. Dont waste your time coming to this community. You will be sorry.

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. This place is the absolute worst. They have no compassion their patients & the building is a disgrace… I don’t know how it hasn’t been closed down by the board of health yet. There is mold, asbestos & it is disgusting. Owners won’t spend any money on getting anything fixed. It’s horrible

I was trying to find a new forever home for my grandmother and when we first arrived she automatically fell in love. Ms. Nicole who gave us our tour did an AMAZING job making sure she was going to be comfortable and safe. Thank you so much my grandmother tells me she feels 10 years younger.
