Ray Stout
The staff is excellent from the time you walk in. My mom is well taken care of. Karen manages well. It shows. I only didn't give 5 stars because its a sad place. Keep up the good work.

The staff that I encountered on my visit were very friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. My only negative was an odor of urine throughout the 2nd floor.

My sister-in-law recently stayed at Mon Valley Care Center, and our family is incredibly grateful for the care she received. The team has made a tremendous difference, and it truly shows.The nursing staff was compassionate, attentive, and always willing to answer our questions and make sure she was comfortable. They treated her with kindness and dignity throughout her stay, which gave our family real peace of mind.The therapy team was equally outstanding. Their encouragement, and dedication helped her make meaningful progress. It was clear that they genuinely cared about her recovery and celebrated every step forward with her. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Administrator for his leadership and commitment to creating a caring environment. His dedication is reflected in the outstanding team he have built and the quality of care our family experienced.Finally-Thank you to everyone at Mon Valley Care Center for the excellent care and compassion you showed our family. Was told the place is so cheap that they rewash their water cup lids which are plastic and not meant to be reused. That is cross contamination and that is disgusting. I would not have my mother stay there and get sick from them. They should be ashamed.
